At ONEMRE, we want you to love your purchase.
If your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
• unworn and unwashed
• without makeup stains, deodorant marks or perfume smells
• in its original packaging with tags attached
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If your size does not fit, we are happy to offer a size exchange or store credit.
If the item is defective or the wrong product was received, we will replace it free of charge.
Customers are responsible for dropping off or sending back items for exchange, unless the item received was faulty.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order if:

Tags and packaging are still attached

You have the proof of purchase
If the product shows signs of wear, deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, or damage, we cannot accept the return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues within 30 days.
If the size you want is unavailable, we will provide: A store credit.
