Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Onemre purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@onemre.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@onemre.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
