At ONEMRE, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or worn.
