📦 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver island-wide in Mauritius.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days 

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or major promotions.

💰 Delivery Fees

  • Standard Delivery: Rs 75

  • Express Delivery: Rs 150

  • Free Delivery: Orders over Rs 2,500

📍 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • All orders are shipped from our Mauritius fulfilment location.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

❗ Delivery Issues

If your parcel is:

  • Marked as delivered but you have not received it

  • Delayed more than 7 business days

  • Delivered damaged

Please email us at contact@onemre.com within 48 hours of noticing the issue, and we will assist you.

🧾 Incorrect Addresses

ONEMRE is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realise you made a mistake, contact us immediately after placing the order so we can try to update it before it ships.
